We have broken so many things.
After a night under the watchful eyes under the Platinum Dragon, Dazen was able to get some to the room beneath Bahamut. This only led to us finding the passage down and a device that opened up further mysteries. This room was driven by the furnace, which we had destroyed. At this point, our only hope was Kheller. Who knows how long it would take her to repair it. The ancients showed me that the rebuilt furnace needed to be connected to the top of the mountain once more so the purple lightning could refuel it.
We explored the rest of the tower. There was nothing of use there. We decided our best course of action would be to head home and retrieve more of the precious metal required to rebuild the connection between the furnace of and the mountain top. This meant going home. Dazen was able to barter what we needed for a fair price. We also found that the dragon men, which Bahumut taught us were called Kobolds, had increased their offensive and that their leader had sprouted wings and were scouting Aluha’s defenses. It was decided that we would pay our old friend a visit.
During our travel to the Kobold camp, we saw him fly overhead. I followed as an air spirit for quite a while. Eventually, he turned and attacked me over open water. His fire magic was substantially more potent than anticipated. I returned to the group after losing him. We proceeded to their camp.
Upon arrival, we convinced the natives to allow us into his inner sanctum, which reveled a dragon skull and that he frequented the island. Dazen summoned Seasha and we removed the dragon skull from his lair. According to her, there were many others under the waters nearby. We made our way to the island to determine his course of action.
